Imagine.io builds the world generation layer for Physical AI - training-ready, simulation-accurate environments built from real-world scanned products with parametric variation for scale. Our platform is built on 25,000+ real-world products, each with sub-millimeter geometric accuracy, structured with PBR materials, physics properties, articulation, and collision meshes, and delivered natively in OpenUSD for any compatible simulator including NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, and Omniverse.

We partner with leading robotics and Physical AI teams to build complete, physics-accurate training environments - kitchens, warehouses, living rooms, retail aisles, and bathrooms - tailored to their manipulation, navigation, and pick-and-place tasks. Once a base environment is validated, our parametric variation engine generates thousands of training variations across materials, placements, lighting, and object density to build the training distributions modern policies need.

Every asset goes through automated validation before delivery: convex-decomposed collision meshes, revolute and prismatic articulation with joint limits, UsdPreviewSurface 4K PBR materials, and commercial-use licensing included. We are actively accepting new partners and offer priority asset requests and direct engineering support.
