SGI is not a data company, at least not in the beginning. We stand on an old foundation built by my great-grandfather who was a farmer and a winemaker and we intended to do two things - sell wine and preserve our heritage. But time and consistency have a way of turning intent into data. Twelve years in and operations accumulated records that turned into a continuous high-resolution documentation of how people buy, how markets move, and how decisions succeed or fail under real conditions. Our data is from actual transactions, operational decisions, environmental exposure, and customer behaviour in a live emerging market environment. Every data point reflects a real commercial action, constraint, or outcome while ensuring data privacy.
