PissedConsumer is a US-based consumer feedback and resolution platform operating since 2007. Consumers use our platform to share experiences with brands across industries including retail, telecom, travel, finance, healthcare, and insurance, covering more than 140,000 brands worldwide.

Over the years, we've accumulated a large archive of first-party consumer interactions, including written complaints, resolution requests, ratings, and customer support conversations. The data generated on our platform is used for customer experience analytics, AI model development, speech and NLP applications, market intelligence research, and investment decision support.
