Working with board-certified physicians, we turn real clinical judgment into gold-standard, training-ready datasets - the scarce, high-quality signal that frontier medical models can't scrape from the open web. The models reshaping medicine - AI scribes, clinical reasoning engines, patient-facing assistants - are bottlenecked on data. Not volume, but the expensive kind: clinician-verified examples of what "correct" and "safe" actually look like. That's what we build. Our contributors are credentialed specialists - board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians. Every dataset is fully consented, de-identified, and provenance-tracked, with an audit-ready datasheet and content hashes, built to meet the compliance and provenance standards that enterprise labs and regulators require. We start in nephrology and expand across specialties, partnering with the companies building the next generation of medical AI as their trusted data and evaluation layer.
