About
This collection provides detailed information on used residential properties listed for sale within the Metropolitan Region (RM) of Santiago, Chile. The data was obtained via a web scrape of the chilepropiedades.cl platform on 18 July 2023. It offers multiple pricing metrics (CLP, UF, USD) alongside crucial physical attributes, making it valuable for real estate valuation, market trend analysis, and economic modelling specific to the Chilean housing sector. It is important to note that this dataset strictly contains houses for sale and excludes apartments or bare land. As the data is derived from a public web scrape, there is a possibility of entry errors, such as unusually large area measurements.
