ShelterDogs.csv
sample file has a size of 358.09 kB. It contains 19 distinct columns and records information for 2,937 individual dogs.Usage
This dataset is an excellent resource for data visualization projects aimed at understanding the characteristics of adoptable dogs. It is also particularly suitable for practicing with categorical data and for exploring patterns within animal welfare data. While not ideal for predictive modelling, it serves as a valuable learning tool for data analysis and exploratory studies.
Coverage
Geographic: The data covers dogs from shelters within Hungary.
Time Range: The information was compiled on December 12, 2019. The dates associated with dogs (found, adoptable, posted) range from April 2001 up to January 2020. The ages of the dogs in the dataset vary from approximately 0.15 years to 21.9 years.
