- Address: The specific street address of the sold property.

- Sale Amount: The exact price the property was sold for.
- Sales Ratio: The calculated ratio comparing the sale price to the assessed value.
- Property Type: Classification of the property, such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Apartments, or Vacant land.
- Residential Type: An indicator specifying whether the property is single-family or multi-family residential.
- Non Use Code: A code applied when the sale price may not be reliable for determining property value.
- Assessor Remarks: Notes or remarks provided by the assessor.
- OPM remarks: Remarks or notes provided by the Office of Policy and Management.
- Location: Latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates for the property.

The data is provided in a standard file format, typically CSV, and totals approximately 118.74 MB. It includes over 1.05 million valid records. The structure features 14 columns per record. New data is expected to be released annually.
