Columns

Distribution
The data product includes two files:
barcelona_listings.csv, which contains the raw, unmodified data, and Cleaned_airbnb_barcelona.csv, which has been processed for data quality and consistency, including column selection and transformation, making it suitable for immediate analysis and modelling. The cleaned file contains approximately 19.8 thousand valid records. The majority of listings are Apartments (85%), followed by Serviced apartments (3%), with Private rooms (51%) being the slightly most frequent room type over Entire homes/apartments (48%).
