- type: The specific classification of the property. The majority of listings are Apartments (51%), followed by Villas (25%).
- title: The descriptive name or listing information provided on the property profile.
- location: The address of the property, including specific high-frequency areas like Madinaty, Cairo, and Hyde Park, 5th Settlement Compounds.
- bedroom: The number of dedicated bedrooms. Three bedrooms is the most commonly listed count, making up 49% of records.
- bathroom: The number of bathrooms available in the property. The mean number of bathrooms is 3.33, with the maximum observed count being 8.
- size_sqm: The size of the unit measured in square meters. Property sizes show a wide range, from very small units up to 26.6 million square meters.
- price: The monetary value listed for the property. It is important to note that 4% of listings use the term 'Ask' rather than a numerical value.
