Note that stock prices that could not be located for a specific date are recorded as zero.

Columns

  • Company: The name of the company involved in the trade.
  • Filing Date: The date the trade was officially filed.
  • Trade Date: The actual date the transaction took place.
  • Ticker: The stock market abbreviation for the company.
  • Insider Name: The name of the individual who performed the trade.
  • Title: The position held by the individual within the company (e.g., Dir, CFO).
  • Transaction Type: Indicates the nature of the trade, such as Purchase, Sale (S - Sale), or options exercised (S - Sale+OE).
  • Price: The price in dollars at which the trade was executed.
  • Quantity: The amount of stock traded.
  • Owned: The total amount of stock owned by the insider after the transaction.
  • Change of Amount Owned: The percentage change in the insider's stock ownership.
  • Value: The total monetary value of the trade.
  • Date Filed Open: The open stock price in dollars on the filing date.
  • Date Filed Close: The close stock price in dollars on the filing date.
  • Date Traded Open: The open stock price in dollars on the day of the trade.
  • Date Traded Close: The close stock price in dollars on the day of the trade.
