Distribution
The dataset comprises two distinct CSV files. The "Daily gold rates" file contains daily gold price information spanning from 1st January 1985 up to 8th September 2023. Additionally, an "Annual average gold rates" file offers average yearly gold prices in national currencies, covering the period from 1978 to 2021. All rates are provided in their national currencies and are specified per troy ounce. The
annual_gold_rate.csv file is approximately 2.81 kB and contains 7 columns. It includes 43 valid records for most currency columns, with 38 valid records for Chinese Renminbi, indicating 5 missing values for CNY.Usage
