- Price Per SQFT: The calculated price per square foot of the property area.
- Description: A brief paragraph detailing the specifics of the property listing.
- Baths: The number of bathrooms available in the unit, typically ranging between one and six.
- Balcony: A boolean indicator showing whether the property includes a balcony.
