- CONTRACTOR NAME: The name of the entity or individual awarded the contract, often including "Individual Consultant" or "VARIOUS".
- NATIONALITY: The nationality of the service provider or contractor, with India and China, People's Republic of, being frequently observed.
- NATURE OF PROCUREMENT: The classification of the procured items, such as CONSULTING SERVICES or OTHER RELATED SERVICES.
- ORIGIN OF GOODS: The country where the goods originated, frequently India and China, People's Republic of.
- MODALITY: The funding modality, primarily Investment Support or Policy-based Support.
- SECTOR: The economic sector benefiting from the procurement, with Transport and Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development being prominent.
- SUBSECTOR: A more specific categorisation within the sector, for example, Road transport (nonurban) or Technical and vocational education and training.
- ADB-FINANCED AMOUNT: The financial amount provided by the ADB for the procurement.
- CONTRACT DATE: The exact date the contract was entered into.
- ADDRESS: The address of the contractor.
- PROJECT TITLE: The official name of the project receiving the procurement, such as "POLYTECHNIC EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT".
- CONTRACT DESCRIPTION: A brief description of the contract, including terms like KSTA or TRTA.
- EXECUTING AGENCY: The agency responsible for executing the project, often the Asian Development Bank itself or a Ministry of Finance.
