- started_at: The timestamp marking the initiation of the air alert, recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
- finished_at: The timestamp marking the conclusion of the air alert, recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
- naive: A boolean value indicating the accuracy of the finish time. 'True' indicates no official finish signal was received (duration estimated as start time + 30 minutes), while 'False' indicates an accurate, signal-based finish time.
