• District Code: A numerical identifier for each School District. Statewide rows are marked with "0".
• District: The full name of the School District; "State of Delaware" is used for statewide rows.
• School Code: A numerical identifier for individual schools. Statewide or district-level rows use "0".
• Organization: The full name of the organization, which could be a specific School, a District, or the "State of Delaware".
