Columns

- Employment Background: The preference for a technical or non-technical working background. Non-Technical roles were preferred by 56% of respondents.
- Public Dealing: A Boolean field indicating whether the respondent views public interaction as problematic.
- Degree: A Boolean field assessing whether the student believes their current degree is necessary for their ideal employment choice.
- IdealNumberOfWorkdays: The ideal number of work days sought per week, which has a mean of 4.9.
- IdealYearlyIncome: The expected annual salary in Rupees. The 900K-1200K bracket was the most frequently chosen, accounting for 41% of responses.
- Index: A numerical identifier for records.
Distribution
The dataset is structured as a CSV file (
JobSurveyIndia.csv) and is approximately 22.62 kB in size. It generally contains 400 valid records across its 7 columns. Note that some variables, such as 'Public Dealing' (350 valid entries) and 'Degree' (300 valid entries), contain a certain number of mismatched or missing responses.
