This dataset provides daily estimates of statistics regarding the 2022 Iran protests, covering a period of 158 days from 16 September 2022 to 21 February 2023. The data consists of official estimates compiled by the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) from numerous individual, group, media, and government reports. It is important to note that the actual figures, especially for casualties and arrests, are likely to be higher than those reported, as HRANA did not incorporate all claims lacking sufficient detail from various media outlets. Daily updates from HRANA ceased on 22 February 2023.

- Date: This column indicates the number of days that have passed since the beginning of the Iran protests on 16 September 2022.
- Death Toll of Protestors: Provides daily estimates of the total number of protestors killed.
- Number of Children Killed: Offers estimates of the number of children who lost their lives during the protests.
- Number of Military-Security Personnel Killed: Presents estimates of the number of military and security personnel killed.
- Number of Individuals Arrested: Details estimates of the total number of individuals arrested.
- Number of Detainees Identified: Reports estimates of the number of detainees whose identities were confirmed.

The dataset is available in CSV format, with a file size of approximately 7.82 kB. It comprises 10 columns and 158 valid records, reflecting daily statistics over the specified period. All columns show 100% validity, indicating no mismatched or missing data for the recorded entries.

Data for the initial 25 days of the protests (before 12 October 2022) was compiled retrospectively from earlier HRANA reports. Gaps in daily updates from HRANA's English Twitter account in early December 2022 were supplemented using information from their Persian Instagram account.
