Columns
The dataset consists of 18 distinct columns, each providing specific details about job reviews:

- job_title: The job title of the person who submitted the review.
- current: The reviewer's employment status, such as 'Current Employee' or 'Former Employee'.
- location: The geographical location of the job. Note that approximately 35% of these entries are null.
- overall_rating: The reviewer's overall rating for the job, on a scale of 1.0 to 5.0.
- work_life_balance: A sub-rating focusing on work-life balance, also on a scale of 1.0 to 5.0.
- culture_values: A sub-rating for the company's culture and values (1.0-5.0).
- diversity_inclusion: A sub-rating for diversity and inclusion (1.0-5.0).
- career_opp: A sub-rating for career opportunities (1.0-5.0).
- comp_benefits: A sub-rating for compensation and benefits (1.0-5.0).
- senior_mgmt: A sub-rating for the senior management (1.0-5.0).
- recommend: Indicates if the reviewer recommends the firm, categorised as v (Positive), r (Mild), x (Negative), or o (No opinion).
- ceo_approv: Indicates if the reviewer approves of the firm's CEO, using the same categories as 'recommend'.
- outlook: Reflects the reviewer's outlook on the firm, using the same categories as 'recommend'.
- headline: A short headline summarising the review.
- pros: Textual description of the positive aspects of the job.
- cons: Textual description of the negative aspects of the job.
Distribution
The dataset is provided as a CSV file, with a size of approximately 292.85 MB. It includes 18 columns and contains 839,000 valid records across most of its primary fields. The reviews cover a period from 31st January 2008 to 8th June 2021.
