X is an online social media and networking service operated by X Corp., the successor of Twitter, Inc., which was launched in July 2006. This data is designed to map the public's perception of the application across a wide range of years, providing longitudinal insight into user satisfaction and experience.

The dataset is structured with nine primary columns:
- index: A serial row identifier used for record positioning.
- review_id: A unique identification code assigned to each specific review submission.
- pseudo_author_id: An identifier representing the user who authored the feedback.
- author_name: The displayed name of the user who submitted the review (often listed as "A Google user").
- review_text: The textual body of the user's written feedback.
- review_rating: The star rating given by the user, ranging from 1 to 5.
- review_likes: The count of likes or helpfulness votes received by the review, with a maximum recorded value of 16.8 thousand.

TWITTER_REVIEWS.csv, which has a file size of approximately 359.34 MB. The structure consists of 9 columns and includes over 2.08 million unique and valid records.Usage
This data is excellent for extracting user sentiments and identifying temporal trends. It enables researchers and analysts to pinpoint which versions of the app generated the most positive feedback versus those that received the worst. Furthermore, the textual content can be analysed using topic modelling techniques to identify specific pain points and recurring issues reported by the global user base.
Coverage
This dataset consists of user feedback submitted via the Google Store. The temporal scope is wide, spanning over a decade, with reviews dating from May 1st, 2010, up until November 15th, 2023.
