The reviews, extracted directly from the Google Store, offer valuable insights into user experiences, sentiments, and feedback on the application's various versions throughout its evolution.
Columns
- index: An indexing column for the records.
- review_id: A unique identifier for each review.
- pseudo_author_id: A unique identifier for the author of the review.
- author_name: The name of the review's author.
- review_text: The full text content of the review.
- review_rating: The numerical rating given by the user, typically from 1 to 5, though some early reviews may have a rating of 0.
- review_likes: The total number of likes a review has received.
- author_app_version: The version of the Netflix application the user had when they wrote the review.
- review_timestamp: The date and time (in UTC) when the review was submitted.
Distribution
The dataset is available as a single CSV file named
NETFLIX_REVIEWS.csv with a size of 289.48 MB. It is structured in a tabular format containing approximately 1.53 million review records across 9 columns. The data is not expected to be updated in the future.Usage
