Columns

The dataset contains 13 fields detailing each order:
  • citation: The formal reference used for locating the order within the Federal Register.
  • document_number: A unique sequence identifier assigned by the Office of the Federal Register (OFR).
  • url: The direct web link to the order on the Federal Register website.
  • pdf_url: A link allowing access to the official PDF version of the document.
  • type: The general classification, consistently listed as "Presidential Document".
  • subtype: The specific classification, consistently listed as "Executive Order".
  • publication_date: The date the order officially appeared in the Federal Register.
  • signing_date: The exact date the order was signed by the President.
  • start_page: The starting page number within the Federal Register where the order begins.
  • title: The subject title of the Executive Order, detailing its scope.
  • disposition_notes: Supplementary notes or references concerning the order’s status or history.
  • executive_order_number: The assigned numerical identifier in the continuous Executive Order series.

Distribution
