- Purchasing Department Title: The full title of the purchasing organisational unit (e.g., DPH Public Health, which accounts for 46% of records).
- Post Date - Original: The initial date the document was recorded in the City’s accounting system.
- Post Date - Current: The most recent date the document was posted to the accounting system, which may be later than the Original date if the document was subsequently modified and reposted.
